Our acceptance of your offer to purchase Products is subject to their availability. Please take into consideration that our products are handmade, so making a purchase does not necessarily mean the product ordered is "in stock," however, it does mean pre-ordering is available. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via web or e-mail is not a guarantee of delivery. We will inform you if we are unable to deliver the Products which you have offered to purchase due to any delays in production. 
Every effort has been made to ensure the descriptions and price of products are correct. We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of an error in pricing or description coming to our attention.


The estimated shipping time for products [sandals or handbags] that are "in stock" is 3-5 business days.

Products that are not "in stock" and need to be pre-ordered take 40-50 days to be produced and will ship in that time, unless informed otherwise.

Please take into consideration that if your sandal(s) or handbag(s) were purchased from a different retail location, please refer to the below policies.

If you made your purchase through our official website: within SEVEN business days from receiving your product(s), please see our exchange policies below.

Please note we do not offer refunds/returns, only exchanges due to the laborious weaving time of every Carrie Forbes product, it takes one full day to weave one pair of shoes, therefore our production time is limited.

If your purchase is not exactly what you were looking for, you have SEVEN business days from receiving your product(s) to contact us in order to arrange an exchange.

Exchange items must comply with our exchange policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with the original packaging included.

  • Sandals and Handbags must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. We highly recommend when trying on the sandals to stand on a carpeted floor in order to protect the soles with unpleasant markings.

 Any exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
